Water Bill Payments

You can now use our convenient Bill Payment services to pay your water bills at no additional cost.

Simple to Operate

1. Fill out a NWSC deposit slip (in triplicate) at any BANK OF AFRICA Branch.
2. Present the deposit slip to any cashier in the branch, along with your cash or cheque.
3. The Cashier will instantly credit NWSC with your deposit amount and issue a stamped customer copy as confirmation of your payment.
4. The payment will be reflected on your next NWSC bill.

You do not have to hold an account with us

This service is open to both BOA and non BOA customers. Non BOA cheques will take the usual Bank to Bank clearing period to be credited to the NWSC account.

You Benefit

1. No charges for using the Bills payment service.
2. Flexibility of payment by cash, cheque or draft.
3. If you are a BOA customer, you also have the option of using our direct debit payment mode.
4. Same day credit for BOA cheques within the customer’s account balance. 

Direct Debit

You can authorise NWSC to collect money from your BANK OF AFRICA account to settle water bills invoiced:

1. Contact your NWSC office to prepare your utility account for the direct debit facility.
2. NWSC will then send instructions to BANK OF AFRICA - UGANDA to effect the transaction.
3. When BANK OF AFRICA - UGANDA executes the instruction, NWSC will print the receipt of the transaction and deliver it together with your next bill.
