This is typically a non interest earning account operated with a cheque book and a Sesame ATM Card. The account is available to anyone aged 18 or Over, and is designed to help you make most of your money by making sure it is readily available whenever you need it.
Main Features
• The Account can be opened in Uganda Shillings, US Dollars, British Pounds, Euros and Kenya Shillings. • Account is operated by means of a cheque book. • Immediate access to available funds with no withdrawal restrictions as long as there are available funds. • Account charges are in form of ledger fees, below minimum balance fee (these are levied monthly). • Daily Balances and mini statements are available on request • Funds can be accessed using a Sesame ATM Card.

• 2 Passport size photos • 2 Referees of high repute in society, or bank’s account holders. • Proper identification documents ( I.D, Passport, Driving License, NSSF Card ) • Initial Deposit of Ugx 50,000 • Minimum Balance of Ugx 50,000 • Referee who should be a customer of Bank of Africa Uganda Ltd |
