Board of Directors

The Board is comprised of a highly qualified and experienced team with diverse experience in the areas of Banking, Finance, Accounting, Insurance, Private – Equity Funds Management, Law and Engineering.

There is a large pool of local expertise with a blend of International Banking knowledge both at Board and Management levels; and a high degree of compliance with Corporate governance norms to international standards.

The board is organised in committes of Risk, Assets and liability management, Audit and Human Resource/ Compensation.
